Telecaller - Healthcare
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound/inbound calls to hospitals, clinics, doctors, and patients.
Promote healthcare products/services and explain features & perks.
Generate leads, follow up, and close sales targets.
Maintain accurate customer records in CRM.
Handle queries and provide basic product/service information.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and service delivery.
Requirements:
1+ year experience in telecalling /inside sales (healthcare preferred).
Positive communication skills in English & local language.
Target-driven and customer-focused.
Basic computer & CRM knowledge.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per year
