We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Freelance Business Development Manager to join Caprice, a creative and digital marketing company. Your primary responsibility will be to identify potential clients, build relationships, and convert leads into long-term customers.

Your Role Includes:
Researching and identifying potential clients across healthcare and service industries
Pitching Caprice’s social media and creative services
Setting up meetings with decision-makers
Conducting discovery calls and explaining our service offerings
Sharing our portfolio, case studies, and pricing
Maintaining follow-up sequences to close deals
Onboarding recent clients and coordinating with the internal team for smooth handover

Experience in client outreach or business development
Ability to understand client needs and present customized solutions




Consistent weekly lead generation
A minimum of 4 conversions per month:
Professional behaviour and follow-up discipline
