Responsibilities
Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns
Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell products and services
Identify customer needs and provide information about the product & service
Answer questions about the product & service
Explain product features and benefits.
Handle customer objections and resolve customer complaints
Meet or exceed sales targets
Update customer information in the company database
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction
Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times

Qualifications

1)Educational Qualification:
Master's or Bachelor's Degree

2)Experience:
Fresher to 2 Years (0 -2 Years)

3)Qualified skills:
Good communication skills
Fluency in English, Hindi & Marathi languages
Valuable self-presentation skill

4)Desirable skills:
Pleasant personality with attentive posture
Adherence to company policies
Avoid disclosing confidential information with outsiders.
