DESCRIPTION:
Job Responsibilities:
Be the voice of the learner, ensuring that their needs are at the forefront of our content efforts and help our team iterate and improve on our content offering.
Ability to understand product/business requirements, synthesize technical discussions, and incorporate existing content in developing current content.
Lead projects through the design lifecycle from scoping, research and analysis, design, development, and launch; providing transparent timelines through all phases, communicating with key partners, and selecting appropriate measurement for successful implementation.
Develop Story Boards for Prototypes/Pilots. Set instructional end goals, create engaging learning activities and compelling course content.
Responsible for the quality of content across various internal team wikis and other documents. Perform Self Reviews and ensure process adherence.
Provide exercises and activities that enhance the learning process.



Create supporting material/media (audio, video, simulations, role plays, games etc.).
Devise modes of assessment, such as tests or quizzes, to measure the effectiveness of the course.
Communicates effectively in visual, oral, and written form with basic knowledge on authoring style guidelines.
Designs learning that reflects an understanding of the diversity of learners, including the demonstrated understanding of cultural differences that may apply.
Experienced in managing various Learning/Knowledge/Content Management systems.
Knowledge in writing Standard Operating Procedures and other documentation formats like user guides, user manuals, and help guides.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience with Learning & Development and course facilitation or an equivalent skilled qualification
