Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential clients and businesses
Introduce and explain IT & cybersecurity solutions/services
Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings.
Follow up with prospects and maintain regular communication
Understand client requirements and pitch relevant solutions
Maintain daily call reports and update lead status
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client handling

Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling, IT sales, or lead generation
Valuable communication and convincing skills
Basic understanding of IT domain and cybersecurity concepts




Comfortable with B2B sales calling
Ability to handle client conversations professionally
Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Sheets

Preferred Skills
Experience in IT services or cybersecurity sales
Knowledge of CRM tools
Strong follow-up and negotiation skills
