Primary Responsibilities:
Collaborates with Product Owner to ensure team members can articulate a transparent, compelling product vision
Collaborates with Product Owner to assure product backlog / roadmap health
Monitors and guides the team in holding themselves accountable to consistently, sustainably, and predictably deliver value to customer
Tracks and Reviews teams progress / health using Agile methods influencing improvement in key indicators (e.g. MBOs, velocity, definition of done, WIP,



throughput)
Validates Agile Tool Data for Data Governance/Fixed Capacity Billing for Teams (Rally Board, Feature Data, US Data, Milestones, etc.)
Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work perks and/or work workplace, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification
