Key Responsibilities
Source and recruit General Practitioners and medical professionals locally and internationally
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to placement
Build and maintain strong relationships with Australian healthcare employers
Work closely with Business Development and migration partners
Skills & Experience
Essential
Experience in healthcare recruitment or skilled recruitment:
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
High attention to detail and ethical recruitment approach
Self-motivated and comfortable working in a growing startup
Desirable
Experience recruiting doctors, GPs, nurses, or allied health professionals:
Exposure to international recruitment:
Understanding of the Australian healthcare system:
Knowledge of AHPRA registration pathways
