Key Responsibilities:
Managing procurement of construction materials, finishing items & services
Vendor sourcing, development & negotiations
Ensuring timely material availability as per project schedules
Preparing purchase orders, comparative statements & cost reports
Coordinating with project/site/finance teams for smooth execution
Inventory monitoring & logistics management
Implementing cost optimization initiatives

Desired Profile:
Graduate / Diploma / B.Tech in Civil / Supply Chain / Material Management




Robust experience in procurement within Real Estate / Construction industry
Knowledge of building materials, MEP items & vendor management
Valuable negotiation, communication & analytical skills
Hands-on experience with MS Office & ERP systems

Pay: Up to ₹800,000.00 per year
