Develop and implement sales strategies of Laminates Division to achieve monthly and annual targets in the assigned territory.
Appoint, manage, and support dealers, distributors, and retailers to strengthen the distribution network.
Maintain solid relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, and key influencers.
Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends to adjust strategies accordingly.
Ensure effective product visibility, branding, and promotional activities in the market.
Conduct regular market visits to review performance and provide guidance to channel partners.
Manage collections and ensure timely payments from dealers/distributors.
Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, and operations) for smooth order execution.
Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to management.
