Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
Design creatives for social media (Instagram, Facebook, etc.):
Assist in branding, logo, and identity design projects:
Create posters, banners, and marketing collaterals:
Work on reels/thumbnails/basic motion graphics (optional but preferred):
Collaborate with the team to develop creative concepts and campaigns:
Ensure designs align with brand guidelines and aesthetics

Requirements:
Basic knowledge of design tools like:
Adobe Photoshop
Adobe Illustrator
Canva (optional but practical)
Understanding of layout, typography, and color theory:




Creative mindset with willingness to learn
Ability to take feedback and improve quickly
Portfolio (college projects / internships / personal work)

Positive to Have
Knowledge of Adobe After Effects or Premiere Pro
Interest in branding and visual identity
Understanding of social media trends
