Key ResponsibilitiesE-Commerce Operations
Manage day-to-day operations of online stores and marketplace accounts.
Ensure accurate product listings, pricing, descriptions, images, and inventory updates.
Monitor website performance and ensure a seamless customer shopping experience.

Marketplace Management
Manage seller accounts on platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, Ajio, and other marketplaces.
Optimize product visibility, rankings, and sales performance.
Handle promotions, offers, discounts, and marketplace advertising campaigns.

Sales Growth & Strategy
Develop and implement strategies to increase online sales and profitability.
Identify recent growth opportunities, product categories, and sales channels.
Analyze customer behavior and market trends to improve business performance.

Inventory & Order Management
Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and logistics teams.




Monitor stock levels and ensure product availability.
Oversee order processing, fulfillment, returns, and customer satisfaction.

Digital Marketing Coordination
Work closely with the digital marketing team to drive traffic and conversions.
Plan online campaigns, seasonal promotions, and product launches.

Data Analysis & Reporting
Track sales performance, conversion rates, customer acquisition costs, and profitability metrics.
Generate regular reports and provide actionable business insights.
Monitor competitor activities and industry trends.

Customer Experience
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective issue resolution.
Monitor product reviews, ratings, and customer feedback.
