About the Role

Key Responsibilities
Assist customers in selecting apparel, footwear, accessories, and lifestyle products.
Deliver excellent customer service and maintain a pleasant shopping experience.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
Maintain product displays, stock arrangement, and visual merchandising standards.
Handle billing support and assist at the cash counter when required.
Ensure cleanliness and proper organization of the store.
Support inventory management and stock replenishment activities.
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets assigned by the store manager.
Build positive relationships with customers and encourage repeat visits.

Required Skills:
Positive verbal communication skills.
Basic understanding of customer handling and sales.
Presentable personality with a professional attitude.




Ability to work in rotational shifts and weekends.
Team player with willingness to learn.
Basic computer knowledge is preferred.
