As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will assist in planning and executing digital marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness, drive engagement, and support lead generation efforts across multiple online platforms.

Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Management
Assist in managing and growing social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram:
Create engaging content including posts, captions, reels, and basic creatives
Schedule posts and monitor engagement, comments, and messages

Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
Support on-page and off-page SEO activities to improve website ranking
Assist with keyword research, content optimization, and meta tags
Monitor website traffic and SEO performance

Analytics & Performance Tracking




Assist in analyzing marketing performance using Google Analytics, social media insights, and other tools
Prepare basic performance reports and insights

Content & Creative Collaboration
Coordinate with the design team to create graphics, banners, brochures, and videos:
Assist in developing content for blogs, product pages, and marketing materials

Website Management
Help update and maintain the company website
Ensure content is accurate, optimized, and up to date

Market Research
Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and digital marketing best practices
Suggest creative ideas to improve Arrotop’s digital presence

Eligibility & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts such as SEO, social media marketing, and content marketing:
Familiarity with social media platfor
