Job description:
Core Responsibilities
Making calls to prospective students and parents to introduce various educational programs and courses.
Guiding aspirants on course selection, eligibility, and career pathways based on their interests and backgrounds.
Persuading leads to attend seminars
visit the campus or complete the admission and enrollment process.
Tracking and updating lead statuses daily in MS Excel.
Requirements & Skills
Fluency in English, Hindi and regional languages.
High patience, empathy for student concerns, and the ability to handle rejection professionally.
