Reports To: Store Manager / Operations Manager
Location: KADI, Nandasan Road, Dist. Mehasana

Job Summary:
Responsibilities
Inventory Control: Maintain accurate inventory records, conduct regular physical stock verification, and implement FIFO (First-In-First-Out) methods.
Operations Management: Oversee daily opening/closing procedures and ensure the store is organized and protected.
Supplier Coordination: Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure on-time delivery and resolve shortages or damaged items.
Staff Supervision: Supervise, schedule, and train store staff to enhance productivity and maintain high standards.
Record Keeping: Prepare daily/monthly reports on inventory levels, sales, and non-moving items.
Safety & Compliance: Ensure all materials are safely stored, organized, and compliant with health,



safety, and company policies.

Required Qualifications & Skills
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.
Experience: Proven experience as a Store Incharge, Storekeeper, or in retail management.
Inventory Knowledge: Robust understanding of inventory management, ERP systems, and MS Office (especially Excel).
Skills: Robust leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Additional Requirements
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
Flexibility to work weekends or holidays.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
