Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Handle complete store and depot operations efficiently.
Manage inward and outward material movement.
Maintain stock records of automobile and mechanical spare parts.
Ensure proper inventory control and stock availability.
Prepare and maintain GRN, invoices, delivery challans, and stock reports.
Conduct regular stock verification and inventory audits.
Coordinate with procurement, service, warehouse, and operations teams.
Monitor quick-moving and slow-moving inventory items.
Ensure proper storage, safety, and housekeeping in the store area.
Supervise store staff and allocate daily work activities.
Maintain ERP/Excel-based inventory data accurately.
Handle vendor coordination and material dispatch activities.
Ensure compliance with company policies and store procedures.

Required Skills:




Strong knowledge of automobile and mechanical spare parts.
Experience in depot/store management and inventory handling.
Positive knowledge of stock documentation and reporting.
Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP software.
Leadership and team handling abilities.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.

Qualification:
Graduate / Diploma in Mechanical / Automobile Engineering or related field.
Minimum 8+ years of experience as Store Executive / Store Incharge.
Experience in automobile, transport, logistics, or manufacturing industry preferred.
Ability to manage store operations independently.
Local language knowledge preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
