Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Marketing

Digital Marketing & Lead Generation
Manage and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
Generate high-quality leads for Demat account openings, stock market products, and other business offerings.
Monitor campaign performance and continuously improve ROI.

Brand Management
Build and maintain strong brand positioning across all business verticals.
Ensure consistency in branding, communication, and customer experience.
Develop promotional campaigns, marketing materials, and brand awareness initiatives.





Content & Social Media Marketing
Manage social media presence and engagement across various platforms.
Coordinate with designers, video editors, and content creators.

Business Development Support
Collaborate with sales teams to generate qualified leads and improve conversion rates.
Design marketing campaigns that support customer retention and business growth.
Develop referral, partnership, and customer engagement programs.

Market Research & Analysis
Conduct competitor analysis and monitor industry trends.
Identify customer needs, market opportunities, and emerging business prospects.
Prepare regular reports on marketing performance and business impact.

Team & Vendor Management
Manage external agencies, freelancers, and marketing vendors.
Coordinate cross-functional projects and marketing initiatives.
Lead and mentor marketing team members when required.
