Urgent Requirement of Junior Counselor

Education qualification - Bachelors’ in any field

Salary Range: 12k -18k + incentives

Job Location: Kangra (Punjab)

Job Timing: 9:00 - 6:00

Responsibilities:
Achieve required conversion ( 70% ) ratio from tele to visit enquiry.
Engage with leads and follow up on inquiries.
Effective Tele-Calling.
Handling CRM.
Receive, direct and relay telephone messages.
Record and handle all incoming and outgoing couriers/Letters.
Respond to public inquiries.
Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings, conferences and conference, telephone calls.

Requirements:
Must be able to talk, listen and speak clearly,



especially on phone.
Bachelor's or associate's degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or related field is preferred.
Proven experience working as a telesales executive.
The ability to follow scripts.
Robust negotiation and consultative sales skills.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication skills.
Exceptional customer service skills.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
