We are looking for a calm, empathetic, and responsible Customer Care Executive to handle inbound and outbound calls for a SOS services startup. The role involves responding to emergency requests, coordinating with internal teams, following up with users, and ensuring timely, accurate communication.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound SOS calls with urgency, empathy, and clarity
Make outbound calls for verification, updates, and follow-ups
Accurately record call details and actions taken
Coordinate with response and operations teams
Maintain professionalism during high-pressure situations
Job Types: Full time, Permanent
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
