Key Responsibilities
Meet sales targets while negotiating contracts and maintaining strong customer relationships
Generate recent business through cold calling, networking, and referrals
Build and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business
Present and promote products to prospective customers (virtual and in-person)
Negotiate pricing and contract terms to successfully close deals
Monitor customer performance, analyze market trends, and provide sales forecasts
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to improve strategies and customer satisfaction





Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 3+ years of sales experience (preferably B2B)
Solid verbal and written communication skills
Good negotiation and presentation skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Self-motivated, confident, and able to work independently
Bachelor’s degree (Business/Accounts preferred) or relevant experience

Salary & Benefits
Salary: ₹10,000 - ₹15,000 per month (based on experience)
Travel Allowance: Provided for client visits and field work
