Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detailed oriented Purchasing Intern to support our supply chain operations. The intern will assist the team in managing day-to-day purchasing activities, coordinating with vendors and ensuring smooth communication between internal departments such as Production, Warehouse and Logistics.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in creating and managing Purchase Orders (POs).
Coordinate with vendors for follow-ups, order confirmations, and delivery timelines.
Strong communication and coordination with Production, Warehouse and Logistics teams.
Help maintain and update purchasing records and documentation.




Track order status and ensure timely updates to the team.
Assist in monitoring inventory requirements and coordination with cross functional teams.
Support in basic price negotiations and vendor discussions under supervision.
Conduct basic market and brand trend research to support procurement decisions.
Assist the team in Research & Development (R&D;) and Current Product Development (NPD) activities including sourcing materials, exploring new vendors, and supporting product-related procurement requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Basic understanding of brands and market trends.
Knowledge of Purchase Order creation and procurement processes.
Valuable communication and coordination skills for vendor management.
Basic understanding of supply chain operations.
Working knowledge of MS Excel.
Punctual, responsible, and detail-oriented approach to work.
