Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new sales leads through calls, networking, referrals, and marketing activities.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties.
Arrange and conduct property site visits and presentations.
Explain property features, pricing, payment plans, and legal documentation.
Negotiate sales agreements between buyers and sellers.
Maintain updated knowledge of the local real estate market and property trends.
Coordinate with builders, developers, banks, and legal teams when required.
Prepare sales reports and maintain customer databases in CRM systems.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Build and maintain robust customer relationships for repeat business and referrals.
