About the Role:

What You'll Do:
Build and manage customer segments on Klaviyo, working with customer data to target the right audience for each campaign
Test campaigns thoroughly before they go live
Work closely with the Marketing team on a daily basis

What We're Looking For:
Basic design skills, enough to work confidently in Figma with existing templates
Comfort working with customer data,



segmentation, and targeting
Willingness to use AI tools like Claude.AI and Gemini as part of your daily workflow
Solid attention to detail, especially when it comes to testing, QA, and accuracy
An analytical mindset:you should be comfortable reading dashboards, tracking KPIs, and reporting on what's working
A mindset aligned with our values: doing things the right way, not the easy way; always learning and improving; taking ownership and responsibility; understanding that growth lies in discomfort; serving with grace and respect
Interest in music and audio gear is a plus, you'll be writing for passionate listeners
Comfortable using Google Workspace, Notion, Slack
