Key Responsibilities:
Project Management: Oversee all phases of interior construction projects, including planning, execution, and closeout.
Coordination: Liaise with clients, architects, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure seamless communication and project execution.
Quality Control: Ensure that all work is performed in accordance with design specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
Site Supervision: Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, inspect work quality, and ensure adherence to project timelines.
Cost Management: Prepare detailed quantity and cost estimates, develop bar bending schedules, and perform rate analysis to manage project budgets effectively.
Problem Solving: Identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies that arise during the construction process.
Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, site diaries, and material logs.
Compliance: Ensure all work complies with local building codes, regulations,



and Vastu principles.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field.
Proven experience as an Interior Site Engineer or similar role in the construction industry.
Robust knowledge of construction processes, materials, and best practices.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications.
Solid attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Job Types: Part time, Freelance
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
