Roles & Responsibilities
Work closely with Account Managers to submit profiles for open requirements
Identify recent vendors and build robust skilled relationships
Understand client requirements and match them with suitable consultant profiles
Handle daily submissions, follow-ups, and interview coordination
Maintain consultant and vendor data in internal tracking systems
Learn US tax terms, visa types, and hiring models (W2, C2C, 1099)
Required Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
Good verbal and written communication skills
Basic knowledge of US staffing/recruitment (training or internship is a plus)
Willingness to work in US time zones
Strong learning attitude and negotiation skills
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
