Qualification : B.Tech/M.Tech into Mechanical

Experience : Above 7 years
Study and improve production processes and workflow.
Conduct time study and motion study.
Prepare production capacity planning and line balancing.
Monitor manpower utilization and productivity.
Reduce wastage, rejection, and process losses.
Implement Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, and continuous improvement activities.
Improve cycle time and operational efficiency.
Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Stores departments.
Prepare SOPs, process flow charts, and work instructions.
Analyze production data and generate MIS reports.
Identify bottlenecks and suggest corrective actions.
Support cost reduction initiatives.
Ensure safety and compliance during process improvements.
Monitor machine utilization and OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness).

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
