Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to support the organization’s accounting and financial operations. The role involves assisting in routine accounting activities, maintaining financial records, and supporting compliance and reporting requirements under the guidance of senior finance specialists.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Record and maintain day-to-day accounting transactions including sales, purchases, receipts, and payments
Assist in maintaining Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable:
Support bank transactions and bank reconciliation statements:
Assist in invoice preparation, verification, and billing processes:
Maintain accurate vendor and customer ledger accounts:
Support preparation of GST-related data, returns, and reconciliations
Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities:
Maintain proper documentation, filing, and record management:
Coordinate with internal departments for finance-related requirements
Provide support during internal and statutory audits
Required Knowledge & Skills
Educational background in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting:
Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices:
Basic awareness of GST and taxation concepts:
Ability to learn quickly and follow instructions accurately
