In office Execution: Overseeing the full "bump-in" (setup) and "bump-out" (teardown) process to ensure the venue is prepared according to the Event Manager's specifications.
Staff Leadership: Directly supervising front-line staff, including servers, security, and registration clerks. This involves conducting pre-shift briefings, assigning tasks, and managing performance issues in real-time.
Logistics Coordination: Managing specific operational areas such as parking facilities, ticketing operations, or backstage A/V requirements.
Point of Contact: Acting as the primary contact for clients and vendors on the day of the event to handle last-minute requests or adjustments.
Safety & Compliance: Ensuring all staff and activities adhere to health and safety standards (SOPs), and managing risk assessments to prevent accidents.
Post-Event Reporting: Providing detailed summaries to senior management regarding event outcomes, staff performance, and any incidents or damages.
