Update and maintain customer database in CRM
Track leads, enquiries, site visits & bookings
Assign leads to sales team and monitor follow-ups
Handle customer queries, complaints & escalations
Coordinate with Sales, Marketing & Accounts teams
Monitor payment follow-ups & documentation status
Maintain booking forms, agreements & KYC records
Generate daily / weekly / monthly MIS reports
Ensure CRM data hygiene & duplication control
Support campaign tracking & lead conversion analysis
Required Skills:
Minimum 2yrs of exp in CRM / Customer Relations
Must have real estate experience
Knowledge in CRM software (Zoho / Salesforce etc.)
Solid communication (Tamil & English)
Valuable Excel & reporting skills
Detail-oriented & organized
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
