Ensure implementation of company Fire & Safety policies:
Conduct regular shopfloor safety inspections:
Identify unsafe conditions & unsafe acts
Maintain compliance with Factory Act & Safety norms
Fire Safety Management
Monitor availability & condition of fire extinguishers:
Conduct periodic fire mock drills:
Maintain fire safety equipment inspection records
Coordinate with external agencies if required
Training & Awareness
Conduct safety training for workers & staff:
Provide PPE usage training
Arrange toolbox talks regularly
Promote safety awareness culture on shopfloor
Documentation & Compliance
Maintain safety registers & reports
Incident / accident investigation & reporting
Prepare corrective & preventive action reports (CAPA)
Support ISO / Safety audit documentation
Accident Prevention
Investigate accidents & near-miss cases
Suggest preventive actions
Monitor implementation of corrective actions
PPE Control
Ensure proper availability of PPE
Monitor PPE usage compliance
Maintain PPE stock & issue records
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
