Be responsible for the optimal performance of the E-Vehicle with Mobile App integration.
Ensure that fleet operations team, SPros are able to give superior customer experience without any complaints from Customers.
Customer Follow up with Zero escalations.
Customer MIS Updates on daily Basis
Spros &Vehicle; On time Reports to Customer Point.
DayEndupdate completed task and pending task with remarks
Escalating the incidents to the reporting manager promptly. -Handle Customer Escalations or other communications.
Keep the Customer MIS updated with latest information to handle any customer queries or escalation
Job Types: Full time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
