Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
Cab Operations Management:
Ensure all cabs are operational and meet company standards for cleanliness, hygiene, and maintenance.
Monitor cab availability and deployment to meet customer demands efficiently.
Address operational challenges, including cab breakdowns or delays, with mínimal disruption.
Driver Performance Monitoring:
Track driver attendance, punctuality, and adherence to schedules.
Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to drivers.
Ensure drivers maintain qualified behavior, safety protocols, and cleanliness standards.
Driver Recruitment and Onboarding:
Assist in identifying, interviewing, and hiring skilled and reliable drivers.
Oversee the onboarding process, including orientation and training programs.
Ensure current drivers understand and align with PNK CABS’ core values and objectives.
Enhance Offline Bookings:
Identify and implement strategies to increase offline bookings.
Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, hotels, and event organizers for partnerships.




Organize promotional campaigns to boost offline customer engagement.
Customer Service Excellence:
Address and resolve customer complaints related to cab operations or driver performance.
Ensure all customer interactions reflect PNK CABS’ commitment to clean and timely transportation.
Reporting and Coordination:
Prepare regular reports on operations, driver performance, and booking trends.
Collaborate with management to implement operational improvements.

Qualifications and Skills
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
Experience: Minimum 2 years in transportation, logistics, or related roles. Supervisory experience is a plus.
Skills:
Robust leadership and organizational abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office or similar tools for reporting.
