Job Title: E-Commerce Operations & Marketplace Executive

Location: Patparganj Industrial Area, Delhi.

Salary: ₹20,000 - ₹30,000/month (depending on experience)

About Us:
We are a premium packaging and gifting brand dealing in designer envelopes, MDF boxes, trays, festive packaging, and customized products. We sell through Amazon, Blinkit, IndiaMART, and our own website.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage Amazon, Blinkit, IndiaMART, and website operations
Monitor inventory and prevent stock-outs
Coordinate product dispatches and warehouse replenishment
Upload and optimize product listings
Track daily sales and platform performance
Handle customer queries and order-related coordination
Maintain Excel/Google Sheets reports
Coordinate with design and production teams




Ensure timely order processing and issue resolution

Required Skills:
Experience with Amazon Seller Central / Blinkit / e-commerce platforms
Positive Excel and Google Sheets knowledge
Basic understanding of inventory management
Valuable communication and coordination skills
Organized and responsible work approach
Ability to work independently and provide daily reports

Preferred:
Experience in gifting, packaging, printing, or custom products industry
Basic understanding of product listing optimization
Experience handling marketplace inventory planning

Key:
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
