Industry: Garment Manufacturing (Denim & Non-Denim)
Job Location: Vasai East
Shift Timing: 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Experience Required: Minimum 1 Year

Key Responsibilities:Fabric & Defect Inspection
Inspect fabric for stains, holes, shade variation, and weaving defects across denim and woven/knit non-denim garments.
Verify stitch density, seam strength, and SPI as per buyer tech packs.
Measure critical garment dimensions and compare them with approved size sets.
Audit wash quality for shade consistency, hand feel, and wash effects.
Inspect ironing, pressing, trimming, and label/tag placement.
Verify folding, poly-bagging, carton specifications, and packing ratios.

Reporting & Coordination
Maintain daily in-line, mid-line, and end-line QC inspection reports.




Coordinate with production supervisors and floor managers for rework and re-inspection.
Ensure final products meet company and buyer quality standards before dispatch.

Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in garment quality control.
Experience in both denim and non-denim garments preferred.
Valuable understanding of garment construction, fabric defects, and finishing standards.
Robust attention to detail and reporting skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
