Role Overview:
Key Responsibilities:1. Academic Responsibilities
Plan and deliver age-appropriate, interactive lessons.
Focus on building basic reading, writing, and numeracy skills.
Use creative teaching methods like storytelling, activities, and games.
Classroom Management
Maintain a safe, positive, and child-friendly classroom workplace.
Manage student behavior with patience and positive reinforcement.
Organize classroom materials and displays to support learning.
Student Development
Support children’s emotional, social, and physical development.
Identify individual learning needs and provide extra support where needed.
Encourage valuable habits, discipline, and confidence in students.
Assessment & Reporting
Conduct regular assessments and monitor student progress.
Maintain records of student performance.
Prepare report cards and provide feedback to parents.
Parent Communication
Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress and behavior.
Participate in parent-teacher meetings.




Address concerns in a professional and supportive manner.
Co-curricular Activities
Participate in school events, celebrations, and activities.
Encourage student participation in extracurricular activities.
Professional Responsibilities
Attend staff meetings, workshops, and training programs.
Stay updated with contemporary teaching practices.
Work collaboratively with other teachers and school staff.

Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree (B.Ed preferred).
Experience in teaching primary or early years students.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Patience, creativity, and a caring attitude towards children.
