Business Development Associate Intern

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Associate Intern to support our expansion strategy by onboarding recent partners. This role involves identifying high-potential opportunities, building strong relationships, and ensuring seamless partner onboarding.

The intern will gain hands-on exposure to the complete partner lifecycle—from lead generation to onboarding and post-launch support—while working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure partner success and alignment with company standards.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and connect with potential partners to expand the network
Generate qualified leads through multiple channels
Present business opportunities and explain the business model effectively
Achieve assigned partner acquisition targets
Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for recent partners
Coordinate documentation, agreements, and compliance requirements
Ensure smooth setup and activation of new franchisees
Act as the single point of contact (SPOC)



for onboarded partners
Build and maintain long-term partner relationships
Collaborate with internal teams (operations, training, support)
Provide initial guidance and support to current franchisees
Assist in resolving partner queries and operational challenges
Ensure adherence to company policies and quality standards
Maintain accurate records of leads and conversions
Prepare regular reports on business development activities
Monitor performance of newly onboarded partners

Required Skills:
Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
Ability to build and manage stakeholder relationships
Basic understanding of sales and business development concepts
Good organizational and coordination abilities
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools
Ability to multitask and work in a target-driven environment
Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach
