Supervise and manage daily production activities in accordance with production plans.
Ensure strict adherence to GMP, SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), and regulatory guidelines.
Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
Coordinate with Quality Assurance (QA), Quality Control (QC), and maintenance teams.
Handle batch manufacturing records (BMR) and ensure proper documentation.
Train and guide production staff, operators, and technicians.
Ensure proper utilization of manpower, equipment, and materials.
Identify and troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions.
Maintain hygiene, safety, and environmental standards in the production area.
Participate in audits (internal and external) and ensure compliance readiness.
