Key Deliverables:
Teach English to middle school students in accordance with prescribed curriculum guidelines and academic standards.
Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning needs and abilities.
Design and administer assignments, worksheets, tests, and examinations to assess student learning outcomes.
Evaluate, record, and report student performance regularly, providing constructive and timely feedback to students and parents
Maintain classroom discipline and create a protected, inclusive, and positive learning setting that encourages student participation.
Use cutting-edge and student-centered teaching methodologies to enhance language skills such as reading, writing, speaking, and listening.
Integrate digital teaching tools, audio-visual aids, and e-learning resources to improve classroom instruction. Identify learning gaps and provide additional academic support or remedial teaching where required.
Encourage and mentor students to participate in co-curricular and extracurricular literary activities including debates, drama,



recitations, storytelling, and creative writing competitions.
Collaborate with other teachers and academic coordinators to plan curriculum delivery and interdisciplinary activities.
Communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding student progress, behavior, and academic needs.
Participate actively in staff meetings, professional development programs, workshops, and school training sessions.
Support school initiatives, events, and activities that promote holistic development of students.

Competencies:
Strong command over spoken and written English.
Sound knowledge of child psychology, pedagogy, and classroom management techniques.
Ability to create engaging content and adapt teaching strategies to different learning styles.
Familiarity with digital teaching tools, smart classrooms, and online learning platforms is preferred.
