About Us

The Arch International is a quick growing overseas education consultancy focused on Ireland and the UK. We help students with admissions, IELTS, visas, and complete study abroad guidance.

We are now looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Executive who can take ownership of lead generation, branding, and performance marketing at scale.

Responsibilities:
Manage and scale Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns
Generate high quality student leads with strong CPL targets
Plan and execute complete digital marketing strategy
Improve landing page conversions and funnel performance
Coordinate with counsellors and management team for lead quality feedback
Handle social media growth and content strategy
Create and manage creatives, reels, campaigns, and retargeting
Track campaign performance using analytics and reporting tools
Optimize CRM and automation workflows where required

Requirements:
Minimum 3+ years experience in digital marketing




Solid expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads
Experience in lead generation campaigns
Understanding of funnels, retargeting, and conversion optimization
Good communication and execution skills
Ability to work in a rapid paced target driven environment
Experience in education or study abroad industry is a major advantage

Bonus Skills
SEO knowledge
Video editing and creative strategy
CRM automation experience
Experience with GoHighLevel, WhatsApp automation, or landing pages
