As a Manager in Deals Strategy, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the M&A;
landscape by supporting private equity and corporate clients in developing
investment perspectives and value creation strategies. Within our Deals
practice, you will lead a team of problem solvers, addressing complex business
issues from strategy to execution. This role is based at the PwC Acceleration
Center India,
where you will contribute to the success of our clients by
providing research, analytics, and knowledge management support across various
industries.
As a Manager, you will leverage your leadership skills to mentor and develop
your team, confirming project success and maintaining standards. You will be
responsible for managing client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and
mentoring junior staff. Your role will involve collaborating with US-based teams
to support client development and engagements, while promoting current ideas and
services to create value for clients and stakeholders. In this role at PwC, you
will drive initiatives to develop innovation, engage with counterparts to build
trust, and stay informed on the latest M&A; trends, all while upholding the
firm's code of ethics and business conduct.
