Roles & Responsibilities:
Hospital visits for empanelment.
Coordination for agreement and rate list.
Maintaining good relationship with hospitals of his/her region.
Coordination with hospitals for quicker discharges and discount negotiation on case-to-case basis whenever required.
Constant touch with hospitals through visits and calls as per guidelines framed, tracking, maintaining the record and reporting to HO.
Helping in quick admission and discharge process by coordinating with hospitals for VIP customers.
Responsible for timely execution,
delivery of health checkup requests from customer service/corporate relations dept.
Coordination with Hospitals for collection of claims documents and other documents connected to claims whenever required.
Close watch on outstanding claims of his/her region and coordination with claims/ Operation team wherever required.
Monitor submission of claims timelines and follow up with hospitals for timely submission of claims and query responses.
