Sai Kids Public Sr. Sec. School is seeking an experienced, dedicated, and growth-oriented Principal / School Director to lead the institution and drive its academic and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the overall administration and daily operations of the school.
Lead, guide, and supervise teaching and non-teaching staff.
Improve student admissions and strengthen the school's reputation.
Ensure academic quality, discipline, and student development.
Build solid relationships with parents and the local community.
Implement strategies for school growth and long-term development.
Monitor staff performance and maintain a positive learning environment.
Ensure compliance with educational policies and regulations.

Requirements:




Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
Minimum 5 years of experience in school administration, principal, vice-principal, coordinator, or leadership roles.
Solid leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage admissions, operations, and team performance.
Passion for educational excellence and school development.

Salary

₹30,000 - ₹60,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience and performance).
