Key Responsibilities1. Training & Development
Plan and conduct orientation programs for newly joined nurses.
Organize regular in-service education sessions and skill-based training.
Conduct competency assessments and refresher training.
Develop training calendars and ensure implementation.
Coordinate BLS/ACLS and emergency response training programs.
Clinical Supervision & Skill Enhancement
Monitor nursing practices on the floor.
Identify training gaps through audits and observation.
Provide hands-on clinical demonstrations.
Ensure adherence to SOPs and nursing protocols.
Quality & Compliance
Support NABH/JCI (if applicable) compliance in nursing education.
Maintain training records, attendance sheets, and competency files.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives.




Assist in infection control training and compliance monitoring.
Evaluation & Performance Monitoring
Conduct periodic skill assessments.
Provide feedback to Nursing Superintendent regarding staff performance.
Track training effectiveness and clinical outcomes.
Prepare monthly training and audit reports.
Coordination & Communication
Work closely with HODs and consultants for department-specific training.
Support HR during recruitment by conducting skill evaluations.
Promote evidence-based nursing practices.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
