We are looking for a student-focused Education Counselor to handle student queries, provide course guidance, and drive enrollments. This role involves interacting with both recent and existing students through calls and ensuring a smooth learning experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective students
Understand student requirements and recommend suitable courses
Convert leads into enrollments and assist in the admission process
Support existing students by resolving their queries
Maintain accurate records in CRM and Google Sheets
Requirements:
Valuable communication skills in Hindi and English
Basic knowledge of tele-calling tools and CRM systems
Robust convincing and interpersonal skills
Problem-solving attitude with a student-first approach
Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively

Experience in Education, Ed-tech, or Inside Sales
