Roles and Responsibility
Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and explain the company's products or services.
Follow up with prospects and existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and gather feedback.
Maintain a database of customer information and update call records regularly.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns professionally.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call targets and conversion goals.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to identify prospects for growth.
Provide accurate information to customers regarding products, pricing, and offers
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
