We are looking for an experienced and responsible Debt Collection Field Supervisor to manage and supervise field collection operations across the Tricity region.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and guide field collection executives
Ensure timely recovery and daily target achievement
Maintain customer follow-ups and field reports
Coordinate with management for collection strategies
Requirements:
Experience in field collections / recovery preferred
DRA Certified
Solid leadership and communication skills
Knowledge of Tricity routes and areas
Two-wheeler & smartphone mandatory
