ABOUT THIS ROLE:
Our consultants identify AI opportunities and own the client relationship. You own everything that makes those prospects real - the requirements, the design inputs, the project plan, and the follow-through. You will run 5to 6 active client engagements in parallel, work directly with client stakeholders, and use AI tools (including Claude) as your primary operating system. This is not a support role. It is an execution role.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Lead structured user story conversations with client stakeholders (operations, IT, and floor teams) to surface the real requirement behind the stated one
Map data flows end to end : what exists, where it lives, what's missing, what needs to move
Translate requirements into explicit UI inputs and system design inputs for the build team with wireframe-level clarity without being a designer
Own the project plan for each engagement - scope, milestones, dependencies, owners, risk flags
Coordinate with client-side stakeholders across IT, operations, and leadership for on-time delivery




Track milestones and deliverables across 5 to 6 parallel engagements; escalate blockers proactively
Prepare structured status updates and client-facing documentation
Use Claude and AI-native tools as your primary workflow
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Must have:
3+ years in BA, project coordination, or IT consulting
Proven ability to run user story and requirement sessions with non-technical stakeholders
Experience mapping data flows and producing system or UI design inputs
Structured thinker who breaks ambiguous problems into clear, actionable steps
Solid written communication: specs, status updates, documentation
Comfortable running stakeholder conversations independently
Curious about AI, willing to learn quick and work AI-first
Good to have:
Exposure to manufacturing operations or supply chain
Experience writing functional specs or BRDs Prior work in a consulting or implementation firm
