Support student success initiatives and onboarding activities.
Assist students with admission and program-related queries.
Maintain customer success databases and interaction records.
Coordinate with academic teams for student support services.
Monitor student satisfaction and feedback.
Support retention and engagement initiatives.
Provide timely resolutions to student concerns.
Achieve assigned customer success targets.
Prepare customer success performance reports.
Ensure positive student experience throughout the learning journey.
Additional duties which would be related to any digital marketing and promotional work, if required
Any other duties as directed, commensurate with the scope and classification of the position

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
