Job Title: Inside Sales Representative (ISR)

Experience: Fresher to 2 Years

Salary: ₹20,000 per month (Up to ₹25,000 based on experience and performance)

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
Identify prospective customers and create new business prospects.
Engage with potential clients to understand their business requirements.
Schedule meetings and follow up with prospects to drive conversions.
Maintain accurate records of leads and customer interactions.
Collaborate closely with the sales team to achieve business objectives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
Consistently achieve individual and team sales targets.

Required Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.




Robust lead generation and prospecting abilities.
Basic understanding of inside sales processes.
Positive negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Customer-focused approach with strong relationship-building capabilities.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Educational Qualification
HSC and Graduation preferred.
