Key Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate the operations of all city departments and municipal services.
Implement policies, resolutions, and strategic plans approved by the City Council.
Develop, manage, and monitor the city's annual budget and financial performance.
Advise elected officials on policy, operational, financial, and community matters.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and national laws and regulations.
Oversee infrastructure projects, public works, public safety, utilities, and community development initiatives.
Manage senior department heads and evaluate organizational performance.
Foster positive relationships with residents, businesses, government agencies, and community organizations.
Represent the city in public meetings, negotiations, and external partnerships.
Lead emergency preparedness and crisis management efforts.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Public Administration,



Business Administration, Political Science, Urban Planning, or a related field.
Master's degree (MPA, MBA, or related discipline) preferred.
Significant experience in municipal government, public administration, or executive leadership.
Robust knowledge of local government operations, budgeting, and public policy.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
